Hello, Thank you for committing to take part in the H&WRFC Spring Sevens tournament. Please could you let me know as soon as possible the name/s of your team/s.

There will be 12 teams competing - 2 pools, each with 6 teams. Each team within a pool will play each other in the pool games (ie 5 games each) then there will be a final for each team ensuring that all the boys get to play a lot of rugby.

Each game will consist of two 7 minute halves with 1 minute for turnaround. We will look to keep the games flowing over our main pitch and our Cypress pitch with no extra time unless we have an injury. RFU rules apply.

Points will be awarded as follows:
* 2 points for a win
* 1 point for a draw
If at the end of the pool games 2 teams have equal points, position in the pool will be determined by the team with the most tries scored. If that is a draw then it will be decided on a flip of a coin. After the pool games the finals will be played with each team playing the aligned team in the other pool so 1st plays 1st, 2nd-2nd and so on.

The first game in both pools will KO at 10:00am sharp. We would ask that each Club provides a referee.

We anticipate players arriving from 9:00am. Due to the number involved I'm afraid that changing facilities will not be available so boys are expected to arrive in kit and not to change afterwards. This is a fun day!
